When do we Collect Information?
When you browse this website, a Google Analytics script will create cookies to track and record data about your movements within the site, this information cannot be used to personally identify you. What Information do we Collect?
When you place an order or create an account with us we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number, the information which you entered into the forms. In addition we may also store your IP address and the web browser version you are using. We may record which products you have shown an interest in via the Wishlist and Pre-Order forms, and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to monitor the site's performance and improve the service we provide.
What we do Not Collect
We do not collect any payment information relating to your credit or debit cards. This is handled by the secure, trusted payment systems of SagePay and PayPal. All financial card payment information is entered on their website payment system and not ours.
What do we do with the information?
This information is encrypted and sent to our server over a secure connection, where it is stored in an electronic database. We will use the information to process your orders and communicate with you if necessary and to provide a more personal shopping experience.
If you select the Newsletter Subscription option when creating your account, you consent to us sending you news and information about our company, products, special offers and events, to your email address. You have the right to opt out of this at any time.
If you pre-order a product or add a product to your wishlist, we may contact you regarding your interest in the product and events and other products relating to it.
If you submit a review of our company or a product, you consent to us publishing your review on our site or in publicity materials.

If you choose to opt in to receive SMS communications from Crawfords Metal Detectors, we may use your mobile number to send you marketing updates, exclusive offers, product announcements, and reminders related to our services.
